Terms and Conditions of Photography Assignments/Contracts G & S Photography

1/ Photography and all services are supplied on the understanding that liability of G & S Photography, the photographer ( herein referred to as the photographer ) only extends to the monetary value of the photography or services supplied by him, the business known as G & S Photography ( herein referred to as the business ) or anyone working for and or on behalf of the business or G & S Photography. Any claim against the photographer or the business or anyone working for the business of the photographer for failing to complete any contract to supply goods or services is limited to the money paid by the client to the photographer, the business or anyone working for the business or the photographer.

2/ The client shall have a duty of care to protect the photographer and/or anyone working for the photographer where reasonably practicable and the photographer and or anyone working for the photographer reserve the right not to remain in any circumstances where there is a risk or threat of injury in anyway what so ever.

3/ No dates can be regarded as booked unless a full deposit is paid to the photographer or the business.

4/ The balance of the money for goods and services booked is to be paid in full 28 days before the date of the wedding. Failure to pay this may lead to the photographer not attending the wedding if he feels there is avoidance of payment.

5/ Cancellation terms refer to non-refundable deposit, which is not returned due to cancellation or amendment to booking date. Client accepts on signing the booking form that they agree and understand deposit is non refundable at any time after the booking has been confirmed, and date held. The Photographer, the business or anyone working for the photographer or the business will not be held responsible for any loss the client suffers due to circumstances beyond the photographer's, the business' or anyone working for the business or the photographer's control.

6/ Copyright of the images and the original files remains the property of the photographer. Where files and images are supplied Royalty Free the photographer retains the copyright of the images under the copyright and patents act.
7/ No photography is supplied under any other terms and conditions than those stated here and it is assumed that the client has been made aware of them and has read and understood them.

8/ All prices agreed at time of booking are subject to change at the discretion of G &S Photography, this includes all sundry and associated products for which G & S Photography supply. This may be due to change of supplier or increased costs. G & S Photography will endeavour to notify all price changes to our clients prior to any event where possible.

9/ A CD of high resolution images is included as part of your Wedding Package, and will include a minimum 80 of your images. G & S Photography retain copyright to all images. The client in agreeing to the terms here in and accepts understanding of this.

10/ A DVD Slide show which will only include your best images from your day, and will be presented as a DVD slide show of images, no music is supplied on the DVD, due to copyright laws, however we can add your own music for you to enjoy, but will not be available for re-sale. All additional copies of the DVD slide show will be supplied without accompanying music.
